Established company is seeking a Warehouse Associate on a direct hire basis in the greater Lancaster, CA area. Pay ranges from $25-30/hr. DOE.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and assists in meeting customer and business fulfillment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Communicate inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
